Who to contact

  • Security issues / vulnerability reports: hello@ayrisiq.co.uk with "SECURITY" in the subject. Acknowledged within one working day; good-faith research is always welcome.
  • Privacy / data protection (including rights requests): hello@ayrisiq.co.uk. If your request concerns data inside your practice's workspace, we'll coordinate with your practice, who remains the data controller.
  • Assurance / procurement / evidence room: hello@ayrisiq.co.uk — DPO teams, ICB procurement and IG leads welcome.
  • Report a suspected personal-data breach: same address, subject "URGENT — DATA". Treated as an incident from the moment it's read.

Escalation

If you're not satisfied with a data-protection response, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
