Accessibility Statement

We want AyrisIQ to be usable by everyone, including people using assistive technology such as a screen reader, screen magnifier, or keyboard-only navigation. This page explains what we've done, what we know still needs work, and how to tell us about a problem.
Our target
We're working towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA as our standard across the website and workspace. We haven't yet completed a full, independent audit against that standard, so we describe our status honestly below rather than claiming full compliance.
What we've already done
- A "skip to main content" link at the top of every page, for keyboard and screen-reader users.
- Status indicators (for example, on the dashboard preview) pair colour with an icon and a text label, rather than relying on colour alone.
- Motion and animation respect your operating system's "reduce motion" setting throughout the site.
- Adjustable text size and a high-contrast mode, available from the "Accessibility" button in the footer of every page — your choice is remembered on this device.
- Semantic HTML landmarks and keyboard-navigable interactive components (menus, dialogs and accordions are built on accessible component primitives).
Known limitations
AyrisIQ is under active development. Areas we know still need work include:
- a small number of complex interactive visualisations (for example, some charts) may not yet be fully described for screen-reader users;
- we haven't yet run a full, independent WCAG 2.2 AA audit across the whole product; and
- some parts of the authenticated workspace (used by signed-in customers) haven't yet had the same accessibility review as the public website.
We're addressing these as part of our ongoing development, prioritising the areas that affect the most people first.
Using our accessibility tools
Click Accessibility in the footer of any page to open a panel where you can choose a larger text size or switch on high contrast. These preferences apply across the whole site and are saved on your device, so you won't need to set them again next time you visit.
Reporting a problem
If you find something on AyrisIQ that's difficult to use because of a disability, please tell us at hello@ayrisiq.co.uk. Please include the page you were on and, if you can, the assistive technology you were using — it helps us fix the right thing. We aim to respond within five working days.
Technical information
AyrisIQ is built with semantic HTML and tested primarily on current versions of Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox. This statement was last reviewed on 9 July 2026 and will be updated as our accessibility work progresses.
